This policy explains what ArtisanClayHouse collects when you shop with us and what we do with it.

What we collect
•    Order information — name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the items you bought.
•    Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
•    Usage information — pages viewed and basic device information, collected through cookies and analytics.

Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, handle returns and answer support questions; and, in aggregate, to understand which products people look at so we know what to stock.

Who we share it with
•    Our e-commerce platform, which hosts the shop and processes orders
•    Our payment processor, to take payment
•    Carriers, to deliver your order

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted (typically 7 years).

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@artisanclayhouse.com and we will respond.
